September brought a wave of updates to beGateway. By October, our clients were already using new tools — gaining more control, flexibility, and a sense of calm in their daily operations.
At first glance, these may look like regular interface, reporting, and integration improvements. But for us, they’re more than that — they’re deliberate, thoughtful steps toward maturity.
Sometimes the most important updates aren’t visible from the outside. They don’t sound loud, they don’t promise a “revolution” or a “breakthrough,” yet it’s exactly such changes that shape a reliable and well-balanced platform.
At eComCharge, we stopped measuring growth by the number of new features long ago. What matters more is that our clients — PSPs and banks — feel in control, confident, and supported in every daily operation.
That principle shaped our recent updates — and it continues to guide everything we build.
We’ve added new partners in Latin America (Klap) and Central Asia, including Home Credit Bank (Kazakhstan).
This is not just about new connectors — it’s about flexibility. We give our clients the ability to operate across regions without losing quality or profitability.
Today, we offer more than 170 active connectors, meaning those that have been used by our clients at least once within the last three months.
We added a new Description column to the Orders tab, which reflects the description field from the merchant’s payment request.
Now, PSP and merchant teams can instantly identify the purpose of each payment — saving time on inquiries and data reconciliation.
For PSPs with the Converter Service (v2) enabled, exported XLSX and CSV reports now include two new columns:
The data is calculated in DWH and passed to WLS, giving our PSPs and their merchants working with multiple currencies accurate and transparent reporting.
We’ve introduced a clear pending page for APM transactions. Until recently, customers saw only a spinner. Now, while the system waits for the final status, the widget shows an “In progress” page displaying:
Customers stay on the page and see that the process continues. Once the final status is received, the page automatically updates.
For PSPs, this means fewer support tickets like “I paid, but nothing happened.” For merchants — a smoother, more predictable user experience.
These changes are about trust and control, even when the process isn’t finished yet.
At the shop level for card payments, we’ve added a setting to “Reject transactions in pending status in … seconds.”
Our PSPs can now define how long to wait before incomplete transactions are automatically marked as failed.
It’s about predictability and order. For example, when a customer doesn’t complete 3-D Secure verification, the system automatically clears “stuck” transactions — no manual action required.
PSPs can now display a link to their User Agreement directly on the payment widget.
It may seem like a small detail, but it’s actually an important step toward greater legal clarity and accountability. Our clients value clear boundaries — because boundaries bring security.
We added the option to enable light animation or sound effects for successful Mastercard transactions.
It’s not just about aesthetics. It’s about a small, human sense of completion — a quiet moment of satisfaction in the checkout experience.
This feature can be configured through the style object in WLS or in the merchant’s request.
All our updates come down to the same things: reliability, control, and respect. For our clients, their customers, and the process itself. We don’t chase release counts. Growth is not a race. It’s the ability to move forward consciously — preserving stability and meaning.
"I believe that in technology, as in business, what truly matters is stability, respect, and meaning."
