New look and structure for transactional notifications

In July 2023, we rolled out a new design and structure for transactional notifications your customers receive via email. Currently, these updates are available for emails sent in English and Russian. Very soon, beautiful emails will be sent in all 16 languages supported by our software.

What has changed?

  1. The new transactional notifications feature a fresh design. Previously in plain text format, notifications now come with an HTML template that changes colour based on the transaction result, enhancing user experience.
  2. The new transactional notifications include the PSP logo, allowing you to receive more personalized notifications.
  3. The new transactional notifications follow a logical structure: if a merchant requests optional information the customer hasn’t provided, that field will not appear in the notification email. For customer emails, only important information is stored, eliminating unnecessary fields.
  4. Regarding notifications for merchants, changes extend beyond the visual aspect of the content. To comply with personal data policies, we have removed the payer’s unnecessary data for payment processing (name of the cardholder, last 4 digits of the bank card, email address, and order ID). Instead, a link has been added in the email where merchants can access this information securely, avoiding its transmission openly in the email.
