New in beGateway: Fiscalization for Online Payments
The beGateway payment platform now supports automated fiscal receipt generation — a critical feature for complying with local tax regulations in many countries.
In countries where fiscalization is mandatory — such as Kazakhstan, where we’ve recently opened a local office and are actively expanding — merchants are required to issue a fiscal receipt to the customer and submit data to the tax authorities after each successful transaction. The fiscalization module in beGateway automates this process — fully, transparently, and without any additional burden on the merchant side.
This functionality is available exclusively to clients using the white-label beGateway platform provided by eComCharge. It enables PSPs, banks, and fintech companies to stay compliant with local laws without custom development or integration efforts.
What the Fiscalization Module Does
Once a transaction is successfully processed through beGateway, the platform:
Generates a fiscal receipt based on the order data.
Sends it to the tax authority via an integrated fiscal provider (e.g., a certified data operator).
Stores receipt details and links them to the transaction record.
Notifies the customer by email or a generated link.
Automatically retries sending the receipt if an error occurs (e.g., a temporary outage on the provider’s side).
All of this happens in the background — no manual actions are required from the merchant. Receipt status and history are available via API.
We have already implemented fiscalization for our clients in Kazakhstan via integration with Buhta KZ, a certified fiscal provider. This ensures full compliance with local KKM (online cash register) and tax reporting requirements.
Who Can Benefit
The fiscalization module is available exclusively to clients renting the beGateway platform. It is especially useful for:
- Banks and PSPs working with B2C merchants in countries where fiscal compliance is mandatory;
- Online merchants selling goods or services to individuals through beGateway-based PSPs;
- Fintech companies looking to automate tax reporting and minimize regulatory risk.
Our architecture allows us to adapt the fiscalization flow to local legislation.
On request, we can integrate with the official fiscal provider or state tax system accepted in your country.
This flexibility has already been implemented in Kazakhstan.
We’re also ready to support integrations with fiscal systems in your country, based on local tax regulations and technical requirements.
How It Works
The customer makes a payment via beGateway.
The transaction is successfully authorized.
A fiscal receipt is generated.
The receipt is submitted to the tax system via the fiscal provider.
The customer receives the receipt (via email or a link).
If delivery fails, the system retries automatically until final status is received.
