Enhancing Payment Processing: March Updates for beGateway

1. Expanded Payment Options: New Connectors & Methods

We have added new payment connectors to expand transaction capabilities and provide more flexibility to merchants and their customers:

• Paparadanibana (Turkey): Now supporting bank transfer P2P transactions.
• Inwizo Alternative: Additional support for Payfix and Papara methods.

With these additions, our clients can reach a broader audience and streamline payment acceptance. Our sales team can provide an updated list of active beGateway connectors upon request.

2. Introducing Surcharge Billing Version 2

We are launching a new and improved version of surcharge billing, providing Banks and PSPs with more control over transaction fees:

• Available on request at the PSP level – only activated upon request.
• Automated fee inclusion – If enabled for a shop, the gateway-level rates (commissions) are automatically added to the transaction amount and paid by the customer.
• Works seamlessly with payment and authorization transactions on the beGateway widget.

This feature ensures merchants can transparently pass on processing fees, optimizing their pricing models while maintaining customer trust.

3. Enhanced Transaction Search Capabilities

Finding and analyzing transactions is now easier than ever with the following improvements:

• No more 90-day limit for the Support Manager role – enabling a broader historical view of transactions.
• New advanced filters including:
• Recurring type
• Processor account number
• Card token

These enhancements empower PSPs and merchants with better data analysis and faster transaction investigations.

4. Seamless Payment Experience with a Language Selector

To enhance user experience and accessibility, we have introduced a language selector on the payment widget:

• Customers can now switch between 26 languages on the payment page.
• Ensures a smoother and more localized experience during the checkout process.
